Pickups: Items ordered from the store can be picked up in the Strathcona Park neighbourhood.

Learn more about our Ontario turtles and how to identify the with this perfectly sized handbook.
Through 6 sections you will learn about the key identification features of each Ontario turtle, plus how to distinguish between native and non-native turtles (released pets).

Featuring the Blanding’s turtle, our local threatened turtle species, each card is blank inside for your own message and has some quick facts about turtles on the back.
The artwork is water colour with pen outline / detailing.

Car Magnets $3 each (+$3 each for shipping)
Show your love for turtles by supporting an ‘I brake for turtles’ car magnet on your vehicle. Magnets are a 6” circle.
Car magnets are 100% removable and the perfect option for those who lease or rent their vehicles and those that don’t want any permanent stickers.
Thank you to those who helped us select this design for the magnets.
Each magnet is $3 if picked up from the Strathcona Park Neighbourhood (Kingston, ON).
We can also ship a magnet to you for a total cost of $6 per magnet.

Nest protectors help protect turtle eggs from predation from animals such as foxes, racoons, skunks, and more.
Less than 1% of all turtle eggs laid will reach sexual maturity. You have a great opportunity to help these imperilled vertebrate species. They have survived more than 220 million years and in less than 50 years, we have sent them down the road to their extinction.
All 8 species of turtles found in Ontario are classified as ‘Species at Risk’.

Bumper Stickers (10 for $10)
Show your love for turtles by supporting an ‘I brake for turtles’ bumper sticker on your vehicle.
Bumper stickers can be obtained for FREE from local Kingston shops (such as the Kingston Coffee House - on Princess St, Trail Head, Elm Cafe, Urban Nature Store, participating vets, and Topsy Farms). We restock bumper stickers periodically at these locations so there is a chance they may be out during some points of the season.
If you do not live in Kingston we can mail you your very own bumper stickers but require a donation of $10.
